How long are quotes valid for?Once Ionie Creations issues you with your personal quote (free and no-obligation) it will remain valid for a period of 14 days for you to make a decision and pay a deposit if you wish to proceed with your booking.

How do I cancel a booking with Ionie Creations?If you would like to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so in writing (email: Ioniecreations@gmail.com) before 14 days leading up to the event. The deposit paid to secure your booking remains non-returnable. The full amount of the balance is applicable if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your booking date.

How do I secure my booking with Ionie Creations?Booking Deposit: Any booking deposits made for either the hire of equipment or supply of services are taken to secure equipment. Deposits are non-returnable The deposit will be 50% of your total bill.

Are any props at Ionie Creations for sale?PROPS ARE FOR HIRE ONLY. Prices are based on daily rates. We take great care to ensure that all of our equipment and props are in good working order before it leaves storage. The equipment hired will be entirely the responsibility of the hirer, who is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.
